A Personal Letter From Julia and AL
Julia Noboa, a Certified Care Giver for over 25 years, decided in 2008 to open a State Licensed Residential Assisted Living in the city of Plano, Texas. By the year 2011 she has opened the second one, and by the end of 2014 she will be inaugurating her third facility, all located in west Plano, very close to each other for better management.
During her vast experience in the health care industry, while working for different large Assisted Living companies in different states, she decided that it was finally her time to build a facility in which service quality for her Residents was paramount, and allegro’s number one priority.
As owners, as well as managers of Allegro Assisted Living, Julia and myself (Al), have invested, not only our financial retirement assets in our project, but also all our life time effort into taking care and the wellbeing of our Residents. Our main focus and efforts are directed towards making our Residents feel at home with all the benefits that a home environment brings with it. Plenty of love and attention has been working wonders with them all. We have been able to reach this goal by having a small ratio of Residents per Care Giver.
We continuously update our self’s through Continuous Education Classes, in ways to deal with patients with dementia, such as Alzheimer’s, and other age related illnesses. Allegro has a similar policy in our Staff training, which has resulted in a very low personnel turnover rate, making us very proud, and happy.
